Spending time around people who inspire you will not only affect your career, it will change you life.
The Rebelle Community was founded by women who were sick of the “go hard or go home” messaging we’ve all been bombarded with since… well, forever. The same messaging that was leading to burnout, discouragement, and the constant feeling of never being or doing enough.
We knew there were women out there who were doing it differently and theirs were the voices we wanted to bring in to our lives.
And so we did!
what we do together
We are talking about the professional and personal challenges and solutions we experience in our own lives.
Our members generously share their experience and expertise, but no one is going to tell you what to do.
1. In-Person panel conversations
We hear from our members and community leaders with experience and expertise on a specific topic at these in-person events. Popular past topics include: Women Breadwinners, Quitters, Leadership, Setbacks, & More (Currently in Richmond, VA only)
2. Online workshops
We host expert facilitators to lead us through one-hour hands on workshops on topics of interest based on feedback from our members.
3. online Co-working
Weekly we host a virtual work session led by one of our members. We set intentions, a clear to do list, and work in intervals with time for water-cooler chat during our breaks.

meet our members
Amy
Amy is the Lead Marketing Editor for a major financial institution. An old soul, introvert, plenty quirky, and a big fan of cats, she has been a part of the community since our June 2018 Pop Up Conference and most recently led our Richmond Chapter.
karen
Karen is the Founder of Om Office, where she teaches mindfulness and meditation classes. She delivers talks on relatable wisdom and how to incorporate mindfulness practices in personal and professional life. She joined the community in 2020.
megan
Megan runs an Audio Visual Company with her husband, producing livestream conferences and events. She is a dog Mom and newly minted plant Mom. She sings with the worship team at her Church and has sung centerstage at the Grande Ole Opry.
sydney
Sydney is personal wardrobe stylist and coach who helps other stylists get their business off the ground through her online course. She is on track to meet her goal of reading 100 books in one year and loves taking epsom salt baths with 2 pounds of salt.
linne
Linne is a former Director of Sales in the Events and Hospitality space turned Marketing, Branding and Business Strategist. She is a wife, Mom of two, and girl scout troupe leader and recently took a step back from working to invest in her health.
christina
Christina does what sparks her heart which led her to work in Education, Real Estate, and fitness among other passions. She joined Rebelle to stop beating herself up for being “all over the place” and instead be surrounded by positivity and inspiration.
