Over the past six years, the Rebelle Community has brought women and nonbinary professionals together through the highs and lows of life. We have come to love Rebelle and SWELL programming as individual, female leaders of the community.

Our community has advocated for more. More during a declining economy. More when the reality of retaining employees becomes increasingly strenuous. More representation within their organizations.

We are now offering a program for companies and corporations to invest in their teams and create scaffolding to support
a strong community of women as they reach their truest potential.

The idea is not unique, leadership development and team retreats are accessible to any corporate L&D team with a few keystrokes and a search engine. But what you’ll find at Rebelle is a group of women and coaches who have dismantled the barriers to their success and supported each other through thick and thin. A community of guides that allow each member to make empowered decisions - climbing to their fullest potential together.

At $20,000 USD for the half-day retreat, we believe you’ll see a return on your investment for the ideal retreat size of 15-30 members immediately.

Keeping the retreat size to 15-30 participants allows us to match our coaches with the best group sizes for the visualization exercises and facilitated conversations. Depending on the size and timing of your retreat, we’ll pull together the best set of coaches from our roster below to facilitate.
