We created SWELL by Rebelle after hearing from too many women that they were looking for people “like them”. These were successful leaders, both inside companies and business owners, who had been head down hustling for so long, they forgot to look up.

Some of them were further along than they thought they would be in their career, and others were wondering where to go from here. No matter what role they were in or what they had achieved, they all had one thing in common. They were missing connection with other leaders.

They wanted someone to talk to when things got weird at work, or when things were hard at home, someone who truly understood what they were going through and could help them decide where to go from here.

We started SWELL to have a way to connect these women with each other, to create a safe space to talk about what is on the minds of todays professional woman.

Meet with a small group of leaders picked just for you, every month.

 

ENROLLMENT

Once you enroll, we will send you a short but comprehensive questionnaire so that we have a sense of who you are as both a professional and a person.

curation

Groups of no more than 6 members are assigned so that you are not only matched with professional equals, but also women navigating similar challenges within social relationships.

meetings

For one whole year, you meet with your cohort once a month for a 90-Minute session. These meetings include group conversations facilitated by our trusted leadership coaches.

There was a lot going on in my world professionally before I joined SWELL. We all came from such different backgrounds, but we were able to support each other.

  • Our meetings take place virtually on the same day/time each month. Our meeting time is determined by consensus of each cohort and set at our first session together.

  • Having time dedicated every month to check-in with a group of people who support you provides accountability, encouragement, and experience shared. We talk about professional challenges, personal goals, and encourage each other to grow as a leader.

  • Your commitment to attend all 12 monthly sessions is key to the success of every member. We expect regular attendance, active participation, and confidentiality.

  • We make considerable preparation to match our groups appropriately. We do not includes colleagues or direct competitors in a group. Requests for reassignment are assessed on a case by case basis.
